Teflon Coated Aluminum Nameplates

Teflon nameplates are designed for industrial environments that require resistance to paint, highly caustic or acidic environments because the image is sealed beneath an anodic layer of the aluminum.  Metalphoto with Teflon bar code nameplates are made of aluminum face stock (thickness from .003" to .063"), with Teflon coating that is laminated or fused.  Attach these nameplates with holes for mechanical attachment or high-performance permanent pressure-sensative adhesive designed to permanently bond to high surface energy metals and plastics, as well as textured and contoured surfaces.  Metalphoto with Telfon have excellent resistance to chemicals, solvents; and will hold up to exterior exposure in harsh environments, such as cold, heat and UV.  These nameplates have an expected exterior life of 20 years.
